The government fees for the standard incorporation procedure that typically takes 3 to 4 weeks is included in Touchdown's pricing. The urgent procedure which takes up to 5 working days is an additional €220 EUR. This is a Portuguese government fee. You can opt for this during checkout.
In Portugal, the government issues pre-approved company names. If you want a specific name (rather than a pre-approved one or your own personal name), you'll need to pay €75 EUR additionally for a certificate approving the chosen name. This is a Portuguese government fee.
